Flex & Flow: Yoga for Flexibility | Omaha

Join Jocelyn S. to release tension and boost your range of motion in this 90-minute yoga workshop. Designed for all levels, be prepared to safely explore flexibility while building the foundations for increased mobility and freedom in movement. You'll learn:

•Proper warm-up techniques
•How to effectively use props
•How breath & flexibility are connected
•Sequences to target tight areas

Take home a personalized approach to flexibility that honors your unique body. This workshop offers modifications and variations to meet you exactly where you are. Come prepared to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and discover new possibilities in your body. Wear comfy clothes and feel free to bring additional props (blocks and straps will be provided).
